CONCIERGE MEDICINE WITHOUT THE CONCIERGE PRICE
FAA PILOT EXAMINATIONS: ALL CLASSES, ATC EXAMS AND INDEPENDENT HIMS SPONSOR
Why pay for medical services that you don't need? Why settle for quick office visits that do not address your concerns and provide little follow-up care and communication?
I offer a time-based fee that allows you to pay for what you need. My services include comprehensive physical examinations, follow up visits, routine medical care and consultations.
If you are not satisfied with the current state of the medical treadmill, your relationship with your physician or the excessive cost of other "executive" programs in Chicago, please feel free to contact me directly.

I have provided physical examinations to executives, business leaders and companies for the past nine years. I was previously the medical director of the executive medical program at Northwestern and developed the protocols and guidelines that were followed in that highly regarded program at that time.
I was born and raised in Chicago. I graduated from the University of Illinois in 1980 and from Northwestern University Medical School in 1984. I completed my Internal Medicine residency in 1987 and I have been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 1987.
I have been a member of the teaching faculty at Northwestern University Medical School since 1988 and have been affiliated with Advocate/Illinois Masonic Hospital for several years. I have been a staff physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital since 1990 and was previously on staff at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, Palos Community Hospital and Evanston Hospital.
